Apple came to Buck to create five hero wallpapers for their new iPad Air. Each colorway highlights the device finish and screen quality, reads as a strong standalone image, and connects edge-to-edge with the others to form one continuous composition together.

The brief asked for an organic feel with a precise, computer-perfect finish. Everything was crafted manually in Illustrator with rigorous iteration.

I led art direction across concept, system, and finish. As timelines tightened, I moved fully hands-on to ensure fidelity, designing three of the five colorways(green, pink, and silver) and setting polish standards for the remaining two.
